The Team

The Engage training team has multi-country experience across business management, sales and marketing / communications, managing key relationships & cross border partnerships and making them work. The core team members are:

Ved Sen, CEO of ThinkPLANK, who has worked across geographies, with organizations like MTV, eBookers, Ebbon Dacs, Hannover Reinsurance, BT, Metlife, General Cologne Reinsurance and others

Shekhar Deshpande, Global Planning Director, JWT, with many years of experience in sales, brands, marketing and advertising in India and the UK, and in helping clients to enter the Indian market

Dr. Annette Kramer, a communications specialist who has worked in the US, UK and Israel, and whose clients include PWC, the UK Government and Brown University (USA)

Pragna Sen, Director, ThinkPLANK, who has cross-industry, cross-function experience in India, the UK and the USA, and a background in B2C marketing and B2B sales to clients such as GE, IKEA and Coke.

The workshops also feature sessions by guest speakers, drawn from a range of organisations including Bird & Bird LLP and Common Purpose.
