Featured Client - MTV (UK)

MTV was looking to roll out a suite of Channel Management applications (6 applications, 10 channels, multi—region challenges) and ThinkPLANK was brought in to accelerate the completion of the complex and difficult project. 

We helped to redefine the project as a business change project, created stakeholder and steering groups and managed requirements, process changes and internal and external vendors to deliver the project in 9 months.

ThinkPLANK has also worked with MTV to deliver business process improvement, requirements, gap analyses, vendor evaluation, across broadcast, channel management, content supply chain and graphics.

Delta Tre, Italy

Delta Tre is a sports media and technology business headquartered in Torino, Italy. Delta Tre was looking to acquire an offshore technology subsidiary and ThinkPLANK worked with Delta Tre to help define a strategy for creating an offshore capability model.
 
Little Star Media, UK
LSM, an online gaming company, needed to reduce the time new recruits took to get up to speed from 6 months to 1 week, and reduce ongoing resource spend on delivering its main product, Super Free Bingo. ThinkPLANK studied existing processes and practices at LSM to deliver a comprehensive process manual (with checklists, templates, forms, etc.) and wall-maps for every process and activity that went into delivering Super Free Bingo, to ensure that all relevant information for any function is easily available, accessible and referable for any new recruit. We also recommended a series of process improvement and automation activities on top of the existing processes, that will help LSM reduce the cost of delivering Super Free Bingo.

Intellect

  • Intellect (www.intellectuk.org) is the UK trade association for the IT, telecoms and electronics industries. Its members account for over 80% of these markets and include blue-chip multinationals as well as early stage technology companies.
  • ThinkPLANK partners with Intellect to drive Convergence Conversations (http://www.convergenceconversation.com) – monthly, open discussions led by a panel, on various issues related to digital convergence.

TiE 

  • Dedicated to the virtuous cycle of wealth creation and giving back to the community, The Indus Entrepreneurs (www.tie.org) fosters global entrepreneurship through mentoring, networking, and education.
  • ThinkPLANK is currently working with TiE in the UK to create a platform for entrepreneurs in the media and broadcasting industry to share their views and predictions, and tap into each other’s expertise.

CVL

  • CVL is a consulting company based out of London, working with Media, technology, telecom and retail industries among others.
  • ThinkPLANK  works with CVL to help create and deliver business change opportunities within the media industry. ThinkPLANK and CVL also appeared on the IBC Conference panel.
